Monica Hampton and Brad Anderson were joined in marriage on Feb. 14, 2009. The couple exchanged their vows on the beach at the RIU Palace in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Monica is the daughter of Jack L. and Diane Jones of Rolling Prairie and David and Shelley Hampton of Naperville, IL. Monica graduated from New Prairie High School in 1999 and is now an insurance agent at Paul Marsh Nationwide Agency in LaPorte.
Brad is the son of Brad and Laurie Anderson of Rolling Prairie. He graduated from New Prairie High School in 2004. Brad is now a real estate agent at All Star Realty & Associates and is also employed at Jiffy Lube in LaPorte.
The bridal party for Monica and Brad consisted of:
– Ashley Watkins of New Carlisle — matron of honor, friend of bride and groom;
– Cassie Walker of Naperville, IL — bridesmaid, sister of the bride;
– Olivia Trojanowski of La Porte – flower girl, daughter of the bride;
– Dustin Watkins of New Carlisle — best man, friend of bride and groom;
– Ben Anderson of Rolling Prairie — groomsman, brother of the groom.
After being wed in Cabo San Lucas, the couple returned home to celebrate with all of their friends and family with a reception at the Silver Palace in LaPorte on Feb. 28, 2009. Music for the reception was provided by the band, The Current.
The couple is living in LaPorte and is planning a honeymoon next fall.
