Jamelyn Meredith Jones, formerly of LaPorte, and Christopher William Ellis Webb, formerly of Brownsburg, IN, were married Sept. 12, 2009, at Bethany Lutheran Church, LaPorte, by Pastor Dennis Meyer.
The couple now lives in Pittsboro, IN.
Jamelyn is the daughter of J. Michael and Virginia Jones of LaPorte. Christopher is the son of William and Anna Webb of Brownsburg.
Maids of honor were Jena Jones, the bride’s sister, and friends Brittany Mass and Brittni Sprouse, all of LaPorte. Bridesmaid was Catrina Jones, the bride’s cousin, of Indianapolis. Junior bridesmaid was Sarah Miller, the bride’s cousin, of Plainfield, IN. Flower girls were Tara Callahan and Hanna Escue, the bride’s cousins, of Indianapolis and Camby, IN, respectively.
Best man was friend Daniel Brinson of Brownsburg. Groomsmen were friend Sean Stapleton of MCAS Miramar, San Diego, CA; Melissa Webb, the groom’s sister, of Indianapolis; friend Greg Fisher of Brownsburg; and Joshua Jones, the bride’s brother, of LaPorte. Ringbearer was Tyler Callahan, the bride’s cousin, of Indianapolis.
Cheryl Essling was the organist; Mike Dollens, the bride’s great uncle, was trumpeter and Evelyn Dollens, the bride’s great aunt, was vocalist.
Also present for the celebration was the couple’s daughter, Maelyn Grace Webb.
The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at El Bracero in LaPorte. The reception was held at Beacon Hills Conference Center, LaPorte, with music by Soundwaves. The couple honeymooned in Chicago.
