Mrs. Eva “Marjorie” Wolff , 94, of Union Mills, IN, died Friday, Dec. 11, 2009, at LaPorte Hospital.
She was born April 28, 1915, in Flora, IN, the daughter of Charles and Ethel (Allen) Clingenpeel.
Marjorie was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening in her flower beds, playing cards and sewing, and she loved spending time with her family.
On Feb. 23, 1940, in Walkerton, IN, she married Louie A. Wolff, who survives.
She is also survived by her two sons, Donald “Bub” (Dianne) Wolff of Union Mills and Dean (Fran) Wolff of Hanna, IN; three daughters, Donna (Bill) Eaton of Union Mills, Carol (David) Howell of Union Mills and Marjorie “Honey” (Robert) Baske of Hanna; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and special loving caregiver, Sara Durzee.
Eva was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Howard, Mike, Lee, Delbert and Carl Clingenpeel; and one sister, Maxine Schmeltz.
A private service will be held on Monday, Dec. 14. Interment was in Union Mills Cemetery.
