Judith Ann Cooley, 66, of LaPorte, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010, at LaPorte Hospital.
She was born Dec. 9, 1943, in Bluffton, IN, to James Carl and Mabel (Jump) Milby.
Judith retired as office manager of Schwartz Paper Company after 27 years. She was a member of the American Ladies Auxiliary, 40+eight group, and Rolling Prairie United Methodist Church.
On Sept. 19, 1969, in Bluffton, she married William Cooley, who survives.
Also surviving are sons Troy (Julie) Stroud of LaPorte and Matthew (Fran) Cooley of Rolling Prairie; 11 grandchildren; and two sisters, Jeanie (Jerry) Cobb of Bluffton and Wilma Swanson of Michigan City, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, Jeffrey Allen Stroud and William G. Cooley.
Services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, at Cutler Funeral Home, LaPorte, with Uncle Bruce Vermilyer officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday.
