1. LPHS Color Guard places 2nd in first contest of 2010 season

      The LaPorte High School Winter Color Guard placed second at the Midwest Color Guard Circuit Contest at Lake Central High School on Jan. 23.

      Complete class results were:

      Lake Central 60.4

      LaPorte 59.2

      The guard’s next contest will be Feb. 7 at Naperville Central High School.
