Sandy’s story has a happy ending. Sandy’s the dog that showed up on the Fridh family’s doorstep on west Waverly Road. He has been returned to his owner, who lives on Holton Road. LaPorte County Small Animal Shelter Director Jane Bernard gave WNLP the good news on Thursday, Feb. 4.
