Patsy M. Specht, 56, of LaPorte, died at 9:55 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, at LaPorte Hospital.
She was born Nov. 22, 1953, in Newport, RI, to Everett and Marie (Sizemore) Mitchell.
Surviving are one daughter, Jennifer Martz of South Bend, IN; four sisters, Barb (Leon) Shupert of Arizona, Wanda (Archie) O’Banion of Rolling Prairie, IN, Felicia (Steve) Kindig of LaPorte and Angie Snowden of Indianapolis; three grandchildren, Thomas Everett Martz II, Thaddius Elijah Martz and Ramee Noelle Crowe; and ex-husbands, Tom Martz and Terry Specht.
Preceding her in death were her parents and one son, Thomas Everett Martz.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. LaPorte time Saturday, Feb. 13, at Kaniewski Funeral Home, 201 S. Filbert St., New Carlisle, IN. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. LaPorte time until the service.
