1. La Lumiere holds first basketball Grade School Invitational

   

   St. Stanislaus and Forest Ridge battle it out in the inaugural Laker Grade School Invitational.

      Six junior high schools competed in the first-ever Laker Grade School Invitational held on the La Lumiere School campus in Marsch Gymnasium over the weekend of Feb. 20. Queen of All Saints, Notre Dame and St. Stanislaus of Michigan City; St. Mary of the Lake, New Buffalo; St. Patrick School, Chesterton, and Forest Ridge Academy, Schererville, participated in the tournament.

      Members of the La Lumiere men’s basketball team acted as ambassadors to the visiting teams.
