Nikki S. Jones, 55, of LaPorte, died Saturday, March 13, 2010, in her home.
She was born Feb. 21, 1955, in Valparaiso, IN, daughter of Floyd and Opal (Messer) Wallace.
Nikki loved animals, fishing, the outdoors and people.
On May 23, 1996, in LaPorte, she married Donald Jones, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Darrick Wallace of LaPorte; one brother, Anthony (Brenda) Wallace of Michigan City, IN; one sister, Linda (Bob) Parlin of LaCrosse, IN; three stepchildren; two step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Connie Wallace; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Delbert and Becky Bailey of Fish Lake, IN; two nieces, Rebecca (Brian) and their son Morgan Conn, and Julie Parlin, both of Fort Wayne, IN; and numerous other nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Paul Wallace.
Friends will be received at Cutler Funeral Home, LaPorte, on Tuesday, March 16, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a memorial service at 4 p.m. with Ralph Everill officiating.
