Earl Williams   Earl J. Williams, 82, of Rolling Prairie, IN, died Sunday morning, March 14, 2010, at his home surrounded by his family.

   He was born Sept. 17, 1927, in Pocahontas, AK, son of Willie E. and Addie (Moon) Williams.

   Earl retired from Dwyer Company over 20 years ago. He was a U.S. Navy veteran who served two terms. He was a lifetime member of the VFW in Rolling Prairie.

   In May 1950 he married Mary Ann Crama, who preceded him in death in January of 1996.

   His son Mark, his daughter Sherry and his parents also preceded him in death.

   Earl is survived by two sons, Allen (Tammy) Williams of LaPorte and Roger (Cheryl) Williams of Rolling Prairie; nine grandchildren, Bill, Tara, Damion, Traci, Jason, Heather, Alexandra, John, and Mason; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

   A time of visitation will take place at Cutler Funeral Home, LaPorte, on Wednesday, March 17, from 4 to 7 p.m. and on Thursday, March 18, from 10 to 11 a.m. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Jay Loucks officiating. Full military honors will follow. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City, at a later time.
