The LaPorte Slicers maintained possession of the milk can and bragging rights in the county following an offensive blowout against the New Prairie Cougars at New Prairie on Friday, Aug. 20, 2010.
LaPorte senior Nick Latchford scored all four of LaPorte’s touchdowns, one in each quarter. The final score of the game was La Porte 27, New Prairie 0. New starting quarterback Kyle Hartson, a senior, also had a strong debut.
