The LaPorte High School Marching Band and Color Guard entertained a nice crowd on a lovely evening in Fox Park on Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2010. It was one of the final Arts in the Park performances of the summer at the Dennis F. Smith Amphitheater. Here are some scenes from the concert:

The band and color guard open the concert with the national anthem.

Brass section members onstage under the Arts in the Park sign.

Slicer Marching Band Drum Major Alec James directs the band.

Some audience members get into the spirit as the band plays "YMCA."
