The North Central Veterinary Emergency Center, on the Purdue North Central campus in Westville, IN, is excited to announce that it will be going 24/7 as of Monday, March 28, 2011.

NCVEC’s state-of-the-art facility opened in 2003 and includes critical care treatment and monitoring, modern surgical suites, and an in-house laboratory. The new hours enable NCVEC to provide the highest quality and most efficient care possible for pets.

NCVEC is supported by a superior network of member and referring veterinarians in northwest Indiana and southwest Michigan.

NCVEC has four full-time emergency veterinarians and a highly trained support staff providing emergency care during critical times of need. NCVEC also has a board-certified ophthalmologist available. With extended hours of operation, there are future plans to add veterinary specialists.
