Summer weather finally cooperated as people filled the sidewalks of downtown LaPorte to enjoy the latest 2nd Saturdays event on July 9, 2011.
Live music was the theme as bands and combos set up in front of various businesses to share their tunes. Businesses stayed open late, offering food, shopping and more, and those strolling downtown were welcome to take a seat and enjoy the music and the atmosphere.
The next 2nd Saturdays event is Aug. 13.
