1. LaPorte woman arrested on drug charges

   

   Rosales

   A LaPorte woman was arrested at her home Monday, Jan. 30, 2012, on drug charges. Rose Rosales, 38, of 605 Fremont St., had been wanted on outstanding warrants for aiding, inducing or causing an offense, and dealing a controlled substance, a Class A felony.

   LaPorte County Metro Operations, a narcotics enforcement team comprised of LaPorte Police and the sheriff’s department, received a tip regarding Rosales’ location. She was arrested without incident, according to a press release.

   The public is encouraged to contact the unit at 219-325-9022 with any information regarding the distribution of narcotics.
