British conductor Andrew Davies (80) passes away

British conductor Andrew Davies has died aged 80. British news agency PA reported this on Sunday, citing his agent.

Davies was one of the longest serving Principal Conductors of the BBC Symphony Orchestra from 1989 to 2000.
